Boker Barlow Prime Curly Birch Pocket Knife
The Barlow knife's teardrop shape has been around since 17th-century English pocketknives, making it one of the oldest knife models in the world. Its name likely originated from the Sheffield knife producer who began exporting it to North America in the 1800s. It quickly gained popularity and by the late 19th century, the Boker Manufactory released their first Barlow models. The Boker Barlow Prime is a modern take on this classic design, featuring shorter bolsters and a stainless steel blade with nitrogen-alloyed N690 for added strength. The elongated ricasso and Slipjoint mechanism provide a secure hold while the stainless steel bolsters and tang are complemented by the Scandinavian curly birch handle scales.
